No returns. This kit is clearly described and images are given. Damage caused in transit is not the responsibility of Bespoke. Should you wish to take postage insurance this can be arranged by sending an email to mail@bespokebyemma.com
A postage quote will be given to you upon emailing your delivery address to mail@bespokebyemma.com. Every care is taken in delivering your items, however, Bespoke is not resposible for the damage caused in transit by the delivery organisation. It is not essential, however, it is recommended that you take out delivey insurance if you are at all concerned. This can also be requested by emailing a request to mail@bespokebyemma.com.
